  No: unaware of important issues that were wasting energy and money. It's embarrassing to have been clueless, yet all I can think of is how fortunate we are that Halco exists.
• What did you learn that most surprised you
  Honestly? It's that Halco might actually be as good as it now seems. Have been disappointed in people/companies/performance/products who turn out to NOT know what they're doing, or who don't even show up, or who seem to have little common sense. Maybe Halco isn't real, but, right now, it seems like a guardian angel.
