  The call representative was very courteous but on one of the canceled calls, she admitted that Halco should have never schedule the appointment in the first place since it was during a Halco meeting of some sort. Apparently, we could have avoided having to rearranged our work schedules had this mistake not been made or had been fixed ahead of time.

  Gary was great. He was very friendly and personable. In particular, he was very patient with our four-year-old who keep asking him questions about what he was doing.

  Although it always is a bother to have to fix something like an expensive compression tank, Gary did a great job of explaining why it was needed and what the alternatives were.
