  Halco is always prompt with our service calls and have been reliable thru the years. This call for service turned out to be a very simple fix, a wire brush and the good eye of the service rep, just a corroded battery connection, should I have been charged $112 for this call, no, the service tech in this instance or other similar cases should have the discretion to charge a very minimal for his/company time, not the standard service/truck fee.
