  This was an annual service call during which problems surfaced that did not exist prior to the survive including leaks, line and damper replacements which the technician offered to fix at costs approaching $500. The manager was extremely helpful in resolving financial responsibility satisfactorily related to the new problems that surfaced during the service and for this reason I will continue with Halco, but I was initially very disappointed in the development of new problems that did not previously exist and the attempt to make me financially responsible for them.
