  Was promised an estimate on a boiler that was out (during cold weather) of 48 hrs. Diag was on a Saturday afternoon, estimate promised on Monday after noon. Never heard back until Friday afternoon!!!!

  None - I had 2 independent plumbers point out poor workmanship from when Halco installed the boiler originally 10 yrs ago! Had one of them perform the repairs at less than half of Halco's quote! All the parts that you would have replaced were done so costs there should be a wash. If I doubled the contractor's hourly rate and padded the parts costs by an additional 25%, you were still more than 1K higher. I will NEVER contract Halco for any service work again. We have used you extensively in the past but I'm done. Outside of the woman handling the phone, I felt the whole thing was a scam job.
