Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★We had several arctic level temperatures, and we were without heat for several days. All that was done was to provide space heaters, that didn't address the lack of heat. We cleaned the ducts, despite no support from Halco, so it cannot be said that it is due to the ducts being clogged. Rather, there is an issue with the system. Further, 3 disabled people shouldn't had to have waited so long for a service request to be fulfilled. There was 0 concern or significance provided.
