The cleanup process ★★★★★Mr. Wiley always cleans everything up. A past tech dropped one of his tools and it smashed on our newly repaired windowsill and damaged it. All he said was whoops! if we had some plaster he would patch it. The repair and new paint was just completed 2 days earlier and the tech never reported the damage he cause to our windowsill.

Experience with call representative ★★★★★Our appt. was so messed up - Melissa? Missy? schedule our appt. for several years earlier instead of 2018 and Todd Martin thought the repair was supposed to be done a week earlier but Mr. Wiley was never properly scheduled a week earlier nor was he scheduled to be here Friday, 2/16/18 so the girl set him up for 8:00 Saturday morning 2/17/18. It's a lot of work for senior citizens (over 70) to move furniture and carry a big ladder inside. It's an inconvenience to do it and not have the tech come because he didn't know he was supposed to do a repair here. This is not the first time we've had issues with scheduling. Maybe serious retraining should be considered.
