  I would prefer that Chris VanPelt perform the annual maintenance from here on. Of the reps who've installed and/or serviced the equipment in 2+ yrs since I first established a contract with Halco, he's been the most personable as well as most competent. I feel more comfortable knowing the person who's doing the work in my home. Otherwise, to have a different service rep appear each and every time is disorienting.
