During a customer’s preventative maintenance visit in Groton, NY, our technicians found both the contactor and the capacitor on the A/C unit had failed and some connections needed to be repaired. Due to the customer having a 10 year parts and labor warranty on their air conditioning unit, these repairs were done at no charge!
