Phelps Chamber: Business of Distinction & Pass the Torch Awards

The Phelps Chamber of Commerce presented Halco with the Business of Distinction Award and Pass the Torch Award in 2007. Halco was this year’s recipient because of its commitment to bettering the community and educational programs, employing more than 100 locals, and maintaining an outstanding family operated business.
