Service work performed ★★★★★My water heater would not firing up and keeping the water hot. I called and a service tech came out by around 1pm. He called me about a half hour later and figured out that the lower covers on the water heater were not in place. He could have sold me on a bad part or problems with an expensive fix ! He didn't !!! I really appreciate that. Halo has done well by me on repair work. Thank you for the honesty !
