Experience with the service person ★★★★★He's very pleasant and seems competent with straight plumbing but I don't think he understands electrical components. This is not my first experience with this technician.

Service person's diagnosis ★★★★★He closed the panel to my water heater timer and didn't tell me. It's always been open so we can easily adjust the clock after power outages or changing to and from daylight savings time. I had to ask him to come back in to explain what he had done because it looked like he had installed a new timer. He said the timer was no longer operating, and I would have hot water in an hour and a half. The timer is still operating and I didn't get hot water until the timer came on 9 hours later. His explanation didn't make sense (which is why I'm having a problem explaining what he did). Now, I can't figure out how to access the timer (because he closed the access panel) to adjust the time for the end of daylight savings time.
