  He gave me an excellent overview of what he was going to do to collect information and took my information about work already done to provide him context.

  I had to leave before the person had finished, so we did not get a chance to complete ouor conversation. He was to send me the final assessment with recommendations, but I have not seen these as of yet.

  It is not completed with the final results as of yet.
• Were you aware of what was happening in your home before the visit
  I had quite a bit of home work done by a contractor, in response to an energy audit conducted two years ago by NYSEG. This was a follow up to determine if the problems had been addressed.
• What did you learn that most surprised you
  That there was work already done that the Halco agent was recommending redoing. I was pleased that there wasn't much left to be done otherwise.
