Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★The initial experience of getting the service call arranged and set up was a poor one. a roller-coaster if you will. In short, the communication process fell apart. Scheduling was a problem because of 'no heat' emergencies at your end, which I understand, that's fine; I have been in that boat and believe me I actually appreciate that you prioritize those situations. However, in the rescheduling this is where the communication broke down. Additional 'no heat' emergencies put that schedule off but I was not informed that this was the case, which created a mess at my end. Having said all that, the actual service call was great, when it did finally occur. Dan did a great job. No issues. Regarding the scheduling process, it's too much to detail here, but if you'd like to call me to discuss please feel free.

Experience with call representative ★★★★★Although the initial service call experience was not good, it was technically not the actual call rep's fault. I don't think...maybe it was. It was a communication issue (as described above under 'service call') so i have no idea who was responsible for that. And also I should mention that after the initial call, there was interaction with another call representative and that experience was just fine - it got the issue resolved.
