  Working with Halco regarding this heating issue for the past several weeks was not satisfactory. Due to the correction taking over a month, we had 2 pipes burst and we now need to hire a plumber. Halco is good once the service folks get to your home, however they continuously push you off for 'emergency' call-ins which pushes off getting the job done and causes more emergencies on your end. They should consider a different system to handle daily scheduled customers that take time off of work to wait around and emergencies.

  It would be nice if the call reps were more informative regarding timing, emergencies, etc... They were always respectful, however as the customer - it's frustrating to have to follow up multiple times for communication.
