Our furnace broke down overnight and Halco had someone over first thing in the morning. Pete, the tech who came over, was professional and courteous. We decided to install a new furnace since the one that broke down was more than 20 years old. Pete managed to order a Carrier unit and a humidifier, sot that they would arrive the next day. The installers, Will and Keith, came bright and early in the middle of a blizzard. They completed the install much quicker that I had expected, around 2pm that afternoon.That night, I noticed some water pooling near the condensate drain. I called Halco in the morning and they had a tech come out almost immediately. Tom, the service technician, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He went back to pick up some PVC pipe, but returned quickly to replace a section of the exhaust plumbing from the furnace. He simplified the humidifier control install so that it was better integrated with the carrier thermostat. Through all this, he was patient and took time to provide answers to technical questions that I had.Halco has done a stellar job in addressing the problem with my furnace; providing us with the space heater units as a stand-in and doing a very professional install of a new unit. Great Job! Thanks!

Joe Squires is a highly skilled plumber, and we appreciated his work and good attitude.

Once again it is my pleasure to provide kudos for two of Halco’s service providers. Dan Enright is amazing!  His plumbing knowledge and experience is irreplaceable.  He is also an outstanding mentor for the new young men he is training to become Halco Aces. Dan has been to my house 3 times and every time he has had a new understudy in tow.   Today he came with Dave.  I have observed that not only are his apprentices impressed by Dan’s expertise but it also speaks volumes about Dan that they totally enjoy working with him. I want to thank Halco for hiring terrific employees.  I know that, especially in today’s market, it is not easy to find good employees.  But Halco must be doing something right to have assembled such a great team.
