Broken water pipe, middle of the night, holiday weekend. I was a basket case. Paul arrived. Calmly took charge of the situation. Expertly repaired the problem. Restored hot & cold water to my house & my blood pressure numbers to normal. Because of Paul, I signed up for club membership & am considering 1 more.

I have utilized Halco for my heating in the past and am a current Heating Gold Member. Your company has done so great that we opted to use you for our plumbing as opposed to someone else. I was not disappointed and am extremely happy with the job your tech has done (yet again). I have found that whether its a different technician or even the plumbing or heating there is solid continuity in how your people work and represent your company. They are always (even on the phone) positive, professional and efficient.Unlike many other places I don't feel like I am getting raked over the coals and truly feel like I am part of the process. Today, I had two toilets that needed some repair. Not only did Jimmy D arrive promptly but he arrived with a smile on his face and ready to work. He was VERY professional and worked diligently to fix my issues. Jimmy then took the time to show me what he did and where there were possible issues in the future. I did not opt at this time to become a member of the plumbing service BUT due to his explanation of the services, once we have the funds I am sure, just like the heating part I will join. Again, I really am so happy with Halco's services and will continue to utilize Halco for anything that you cover! Several weeks ago my wife and I had a leakage problem with our residential water system on Cayuga Lake, which required emergency service. Tom Daggert responded for Halco. This was the first time we had ever called Halco. Tom was there very quickly and spent considerable time repairing the system piping. In the course of the repair job, it was determined that the piping should be completely redone as it had grown piecemeal and had become rather complex and unreliable. Tom ultimately performed the rebuild on a Saturday, thereby minimizing our water system "downtime" and producing a much cleaner and simpler system design. In the course of his service to us, Tom Daggert did the best plumbing job we've had in years. His service was prompt, and he stayed on it until completion. He greatly improved the system's piping layout. We have more confidence in Tom's work than we've had with any plumber. We thought you should know.

Dan is just amazingly professional and excellent at his plumbing and troubleshooting. I am so glad I waited to have him specifically come. I hope the new plumbers he is training realize just how lucky they are to be trained by such a knowledgeable man. Very personable and works hard and fast. I hope he lives long and never retires.

Paul Crowley was our first contact with Halco's plumbing service, and we were impressed. He is evidently well informed of the latest technologies related to plumbing, water conditioning, water filtering, and reverse osmosis, which were some of the topics on which we needed his expertise. Paul listened carefully to our concerns, and gave us frank opinion about possible solutions, always providing clear information regarding pros and cons of different alternatives. The job he did with the problem copper pipes looks outstanding. He was also very thorough in providing well-considered options to help us resolve the problems we are having with water quality. We were delighted with his professionalism.
