The gentleman who came was as always polite, knowledgeable, and very professional.  We thought we had a major water leak; instead it was a simple matter of a leak from the hose to the icemaker. This is one of the major reasons we continue to be loyal and supportive customers of Halco. Your man quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem!

Had Ed out here a few days ago to work on an over-pressure anomaly for my Navian.  He came right when I called late at night.  Looked the whole job over and arrived the next day as promised with all the parts needed to remedy the problem.  I've had a few different people out here and I want to say that Ed is the nicest, most knowledgeable artisan that I have ever met.  Ed is a great ambassador for Halco.
