Dear Mr. Smith, I wanted to write and tell you what a great job Steve Hudson did on a repair call a few wees back. I was traveling and received a call that the pipes were frozen in my vacation rental property. What made the situation even worse was that guests were supposed to check in the next day. I called Halco and was told that someone would go look at the cottage and get back to me. Steve called within a few hours and said the problem was most likely a blockage since the ground was so cold that the pipes could freeze with water in them. He told me not to worry and that he would go back in the morning with the tools he needed and fix it. I told him I was out of town and would not get back before the guests arrived. I also told him I would be traveling home that day and would not be able to receive calls while I was flying. He was very reassuring and said that I shouldn't worry.  The next morning he called me before my flight departed to tell me he was at the cottage and it looked like it would be easily fixed. Imagine how happy I was when I landed, turned on my phone and had a nice message from Steve saying everything was fixed. He also let me know he wiped the floor so it was nice and clean when my guests checked in. He went above and beyond to provide great customer service, and fixed my problem. And the fact that he cared enough to clean up so well meant a lot to me. I have recommended Halco to friends and neighbors before, but thanks to Steve's outstanding service, I will do so more! Service was very good. Mike and Dani were informative, responded to questions, and explained their procedures in detail.  They were also efficient, and respectful of activities going on in the residence.  I would recommend them for plumbing work to anyone.

David is knowledgeable, listens and checked out my 2 problems yesterday.  He is looking into getting a cover fabricated for my septic pump as well as giving me an estimate for replacing my outside spigot which is in a difficult place to access.Because he was here for only an hour, we saved my complimentary 2 hours and I paid for yesterday’s visit.
