I just want to commend your company for employing such a superior person like Mike Adsitt.  He went over and above to repair my boiler.  He is very knowledgeable in the boiler repair.  The outstanding part of this repair is not only that the repair was done, it’s the time he took to explain how things work in my boiler.  Not all service people will take the time.  He did.  As a widow, trying to keep my home of 50 yrs working in good condition, it is very important.  It allows my son the comfort to know his mother is being treated with care and respect.  Thank you!! Matt Slimskey was our technician when we called for a hot water outage situation. He not only fixed the problem but found what we think is the cause of all our problems with our heating system. He was very professional, courteous and very very thorough. He found problems our former company never found and replaced a faulty zone system.
