I really want to thank and praise Sam for dealing so compassionately and efficiently with my emergency so late this Thursday night. At first it looked as if no one was available to help until Friday, but because I was in such an absolute panic, Sam got in touch with Charlie who came and took care of shutting down my water heater (which was leaking and, frighteningly, in a major overheating mode that might have caused a catastrophic problem).    I can't praise her enough for her help.
