Greg and Sean did a very good job, especially since there were some challenges to overcome - one being the narrowness of the stairs down to the basement and getting the new Navien unit through there. It took some doing, but after that, the installation was neat and visually tidy. I am happy with the installation and the outstanding performance of the new furnace/hot water system. Thank you Hal and the Halco team.

Bob arrived on time and immediately set to work. I was impressed that he wore covers on his boots inside the house! The test results score cards are very good.
