I am happy to complete the survey on google, but I also want to take some time to let you know how appreciative I am of both Logan's handling and repair skills as well as Halco's decision to stand by their work. Yesterday, your company sent Logan (I think that is his name) to do a repair. He quickly recognized the cause of the problem as the install had been done incorrectly. When I mentioned it was Halco that had done the plumbing for my remodel kitchen I thought it would become a problem and a hassle to remedy the situation and didn't want to pay more than what I had paid initially for the job to be done correctly.
Instead, he returned the same day, fixed the problem and the upper management acknowledged the mistake, took responsibility, and did not charge me more. I understand mistakes happen. I am just so pleased to see you stand behind your work and do the right thing when mistakes occur. There is a reason I have used your company for all these years, and with this experience, I expect to be with you for many more to come.
