I just wanted to take this opportunity to let the Halco Energy Company know how impressed I was with your employee Zach’s professionalism while installing our new Navien Boiler. Zach has a great attitude and was very considerate of our home while completing his work. I was also very impressed with his layout abilities and mechanical skills. While I observed the ongoing boiler install it was evident to me that Zach strives to produce a quality product and will not let himself accept anything less. In today’s world it was refreshing to see a young man with this kind of attitude and professionalism.

Both men were very nice and told me everything they were going to do. Cleaned up after themselves and put everything back in place. Very nice guys did a great job.

We had no heat Sun. We called in and they sent a tech who arrived at 11:15pm and we had heat restored at 11:45pm. We have the platinum plan so pd nothing.Matt is very polite and conscientious about himself, your home and comfort w/heat.
