Hal, First of all, your sales/tech representative, Ed Okonsky is one your best company’s assets.  Ed presented himself and Halco with professionalism and proved to be a “subject matter expert”.  I was impressed with his ability to patiently absorb my (verbal) basic knowledge of HVAC and then further educate me on those things that I was not familiar with, to build my overall confidence in Halco. He respected my knowledge and did not try to intimidate me with his extensive knowledge base.  Much appreciated! I had other HVAC companies come to my home to advise and quote. Although you were somewhat higher in price, we made the choice to hire your company. My wife and I are very happy with our decision. Technician was Scott Bernardo - Did a wonderful job. Took AC apart. Did a thorough cleaning.

Scott was thorough. He not only corrected the problem and explained things to me, he stayed to check that everything was working before he left.

Was very knowledgeable, courteous and knew what he was doing.

John was very polite and did a real good job. Please send him next time.

I’ve never had a service check from Halco in 15 years of association as thorough and complete as the one I had yesterday. I saw maintenance performed that no other tech ever did. The two men that were sent should be commended and I hope I’m fortunate enough to get this team again. If you’d like further commentary, please feel free to contact me.

Dear Halco Staff – Yesterday I was in dire need of assistance. My a/c unit in the MBR was leaking – all over. I know your schedule was packed yesterday, but somehow you were able to send help. Travis was polite and efficient. Thank you so very much! Yesterday was Monday. Two days prior, on Saturday, I had a service call to check on the boiler and a/c units. Everything was fine when the serviceman left. Mark was also polite and efficient. Thank you for all of your help.
