Dear Hal, My name is Carolyn and I am the Property Manager here at Barrett Dewitt. I have been in property management for 23 years and have worked with many outside contractors over the years and will be the first to admit it’s never easy!  It’s only fair to say we have really enjoyed having Jeremy and Pat in the building. This building is for Seniors and that alone can be a challenge. My residents have told us the guys have been very polite, friendly and helpful if they need to get by them while working in the halls. My Superintendent and I too are very pleased with the communication, promptness and the fact they do a great job cleaning up! I know it has not been easy for them on a big job like this to do it all from set up, chasing materials to clean up but we are very happy to have the opportunity to work with two guys with great work ethics! They arrived on time, addressed the many questions I had and communicated to me regularly while the work was being done. When completed, they did a thorough walk through with me, showing me everything that had been done. You are extremely fortunate to have such professional, helpful and courteous employees. Extremely satisfied. Professional staff including Thom, Kevin, and Terry. Kevin displayed a degree of knowledge and dedication that we have never experienced before. The art of his work easily surpassed the science and he clearly takes pride in his creations. He and Terry remained on job long after my expectations each day and their families should be thanked that they stayed late to increase our comfort each day. Kevin is a one of a kind technician and artist who will bring value to any organization. Dear Mr. Smith, We were very impressed by your employee, William Graeper, who came to our house on August 1st, 2012 to do an energy audit. Will was very informative and pleasant and thorough. He is very intelligent and was able to convey and explain very complex information in an easy to understand manner. He was very thorough in checking our heat sources and inspecting areas of our house and explaining why he was doing things and pointing out areas of concern. He gave us a lot of information during the house tour/inspection. He demonstrated throughout his visit his desire to help the "customer" and is very passionate about energy. He was soft spoken and not pushy, and smiled and seemed to genuinely care about the energy issues in our house and where our specific needs were. He listened intently to what we told him and answered all our questions pleasantly and completely and had some great suggestions (even though we kind of overwhelmed him a few times.) He made the energy audit enjoyable and interesting. It was a pleasure having him come into our home. he is an impressive young man and certainly did earn our respect and admiration. Thank you!

Good morning, I wanted to let you know we notice a big difference in our home.  And I'm not talking about the mess we made trying to get ready.  Its been a roller coaster ride trying to get approved and all the different twists and changes along the way.  Thanks for your efforts.  Just so you know I wanted to tell you Halco is making a difference in peoples' lives.  I also greatly appreciate the crew that came.  They were very professional and you could tell that they cared.  You are lucky to have Kevin he is very good at what matters most. Hal, I felt compelled to write this email to you about the Insulation Crew that was at my residence this week, (Dave, Chris, Mike & Jeff). I have never met such polite and respectful contractors in my life as these fine young gentleman portrayed in representing your company. They went above a beyond to make sure the fumes were vented from my house as my wife is currently undergoing Chemo treatment and is very sensitive to smells of any kind. After they left you would never know they were here do to the cleanliness of their work habits. I am just speechless and I understand why your company earned the top contractor for NYSERDA. Kudos's to you and your staff for a job well done. The A/C crew who are coming next week to install central air have a tough act to follow, but I am sure they will perform to my expectations. I would also like to give credit to Doug and Todd for their expertise in the design and planning. You have a fine company and great work ethic.
