Dear Mr. Smith, We were very impressed by your employee, William Graeper, who came to our house on August 1st, 2012 to do an energy audit. Will was very informative and pleasant and thorough. He is very intelligent and was able to convey and explain very complex information in an easy to understand manner. He was very thorough in checking our heat sources and inspecting areas of our house and explaining why he was doing things and pointing out areas of concern. He gave us a lot of information during the house tour/inspection. He demonstrated throughout his visit his desire to help the "customer" and is very passionate about energy. He was soft spoken and not pushy, and smiled and seemed to genuinely care about the energy issues in our house and where our specific needs were. He listened intently to what we told him and answered all our questions pleasantly and completely and had some great suggestions (even though we kind of overwhelmed him a few times.)
