Design Services: Example Design

This is a design of a two story residence we did which includes electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.

To help save energy, an energy recovery ventilator (ERV) was used recover the heat from the air from the exhaust fans before it is vented outside. This heat is transferred to the incoming fresh air that will be circulated throughout the home by the furnace.

A zoning system, controlled by separate thermostats, was used to adjust the temperature of different areas of the home to improve comfort.

Our electrical department designed and installed the electrical system. Which includes the outlets, lights and switches as well as the electrical service. Also installed were the phone jacks, heat and smoke sensors.

For the hot and cold water, two manifolds were used. One for the basement and first floor and the another for the second floor.
