Dear Hal, My name is Carolyn and I am the Property Manager here at Barrett Dewitt. I have been in property management for 23 years and have worked with many outside contractors over the years and will be the first to admit it’s never easy!  It’s only fair to say we have really enjoyed having Jeremy and Pat in the building. This building is for Seniors and that alone can be a challenge. My residents have told us the guys have been very polite, friendly and helpful if they need to get by them while working in the halls. My Superintendent and I too are very pleased with the communication, promptness and the fact they do a great job cleaning up! I know it has not been easy for them on a big job like this to do it all from set up, chasing materials to clean up but we are very happy to have the opportunity to work with two guys with great work ethics!
