We performed annual maintenance on this Goodman AC unit for a Seneca Falls, NY customer. We cleaned the inside evaporator coil, cleaned the condensate trap and replaced the air filter. Landscaping was cleared from around the outside condenser unit and leaves and debris were removed from inside the unit. This will improve the AC units air flow and increase its performance for the customer.  

This Seneca Falls, NY customer contacted Halco to perform maintenance on her AC system. She was selling her house and having the system serviced was one of the contingencies. During a maintenance call, we ensure the system is running safely and at peak efficiency.

This Trumansburg, NY customer went two years without maintaining his AC unit and look at the buildup that occurred! An air conditioning unit requires routine maintenance to function effectively and efficiently throughout it’s entire lifespan.
