I found him professional, well versed on the subject, a great educator and willing to answer any question i had. He explained everything he was doing and completed an extensive energy audit on my home. I feel both of us are very fortunate....you as the employer and me as the home owner. Thank you for the work Halco did installing our geothermal furnace, basement waterproofing, and windows. The house is comfortable and it is wonderful not having to worry about mold or flooding in the basement. The duct work and furnace look like they have always been here rather than a retrofit. The Halco teams worked well together, from what I could tell, even when there was a scheduling overlap between the basement and furnace teams. I very much appreciate you coming to correct the water leakage around the geothermal line where it enters the basement. We have not noticed any problems since you were here. Please extend my thanks to everyone who worked on this project.
