Matt Dennis had been very patient having to deal with me and any issues I had about my confusion understanding the product we purchased.

Gary was on time but his helper never showed up or even called in to say he would not be at work the day of our A/C installation. Another worker drove down from Tully and they were here almost 10 hours. While they were both very focused on completing the job, I feel Gary should be promoted to a higher position where he could supervise and/or train other employees. He is very professional and never complained that it was over 80 degrees inside our home the whole time he sweated to install the new system.

We didn't have to pick up one piece of paper or scrap. They did it all.
