It seems that everyone, from person that answers the phone to each technician has been well trained in "sales", or perhaps a better term is "customer relations". Every HALCO tech that we've met has provided excellent consumer education about our heating system and more important - making an older home more energy efficient. The energy audit was a vast amount of information to absorb, but well worth it!
