No one asked if the furnace was on warranty. It was installed by another supplier and probably is past warranty, but would have been nice if I didn't have to pay for this repair after just a few years owning the furnace.

Techs were here the day I called, furnace was up and working in less than 36 hours, despite having to order a hot surface igniter that apparently you don't stock.

Adam and Kevin left some lights on. No biggee, but they were otherwise professional, courteous, were here very quickly and worked efficiently to diagnose the problem.
