To Whom It May Concern @Halco. Chris and James showed up right on schedule, after we talked on the phone, and got right to work. They sealed up the crawlspace in quick fashion, that looks very professional. I did not know about the vapor barrier, but James took a moment to explain that. It really looked nice when finished. I'll be proud to show it off when people come to visit. Next came the attic. The attic needed a little more prep work than originally anticipated, but the guys used some foam board, and spray foam, and got the job done. They laid down a nice thick layer of the cellulose very even about 21" deep anticipating it would settle down to 18". Everything was handled very professionally right down to sealing the hatches shut. I would hire them again in an instant. The most impressive praise came from two of my friends; one is a carpenter, and the other is a general contractor. I was a little out of my area of expertise so I asked them to talk to the guys, and look at the work. Both said no question that I had hired a good group of guys, and that everyone was very knowledgeable, and that they could not do a better job themselves. This from 2 guys with almost 80 years combined experience in home building, and remodeling. Sincerely, Hal R.

This afternoon we had an appointment to have our furnaces cleaned with one of your technicians.    His name is Danny.  We have always been extremely pleased with your company and with all the different tech's that have come to service our needs, but Danny was exceptional.  He was very, very thorough with his work, extremely kind and very, very considerate.  He never hurried but took his time.  So we would appreciate you giving him a thumbs up for us.  We are giving Danny, 5 stars, and Halco 5 stars.  We are so glad to have you on our side for all of our plumbing and heating needs.

Service was prompt, the charge was reasonable and Mr. Halter went the extra mile to not only diagnose but also make the needed repair.

Anthony Duncan serviced our hot water heater as well as our furnace earlier today as part of our annual maintenance contracts. We were so pleased with the exceptional service that he provided, that we wanted to reach out and let you know. Anthony arrived on time, providing us with a professional phone call 15 minutes prior to his arrival to let us know he would arrive shortly. He was cheerful, polite, and professional and proceeded to do a thorough job in servicing both our hot water heater as well as our furnace.   There have been times when servicemen have come out to service these devices, taken off the door, and done a quick look with their flashlights, and left. Anthony took the time to carefully examine all of the parts of our furnace while flushing the hot water heater and found the igniter appeared to be seriously worn, which he replaced while he was here. That saved us the future inconvenience of a furnace not working and having to go without heat while waiting for a service call.   When he left, he updated us on everything that he had done and suggested that we change the filter as soon as possible.   We were more than pleased and wanted to thank you for your thorough training of your staff, as well as Anthony for his exceptional service today. This is something I will be mentioning to others looking for a furnace company to install or service their furnace or hot water heater.   Well done. Thank you.
