Commercial Services Case Studies: Ithaca, NY HVAC Repair and Plumbing Installation

Challenge

Installed a heating and plumbing system at the Lakeview Mental Health Building, in Ithaca, New York. The hydronic heating system included a radon venting system and a plumbing system.

Solution

This is a LEED project. The hydronic heating and air conditioning system consists of a boiler, an air cooled chiller and fan coil units. A heat recovery ventilator is used to bring fresh air into the building. A exhaust fan was used to remove radon gas from beneath the first floor concrete slab. A complete sanitary and water system was installed to service the entire building.
