I was impressed that someone answered the phone and I didn't get an answering machine.

Polite and helpful. The dispatcher said someone would call me between 8 and 8:30 the next day and they did!! More importantly, I had to have an emergency call after the major work was done (leaking pipe in a wall). Dave called and talked me thru the process of how to shut off the water. Another crew showed up within 45 minutes and spent another day fixing the problem! Excellent response to my frantic call!

Dave McCullough was the first one to come on Saturday morning. He said he would be here by 9 and he was. Very friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He easily put my mind at ease under a very stressful situation. Totally impressed!

The heat in my house went out and froze all the pipes inside AND outside of the house. Dave quickly assessed the damage and gently delivered the bad news. He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions with patience and detail to my satisfaction. I felt very assured and he easily put my mind at ease in a very, very stressful situation. When he left that day I knew I was in good hands with this company.

Dave arranged for a crew to be at my house by 8:30 the next day. They were prompt, organized and got started immediately. They were very courteous and took great care to protect carpets etc. They worked 2 solid days, all day in bitter cold January temps until the job was completed. I felt secure enough with this crew that I left them in my house all day and went to work. Dave came by often in that two days to check the progress and to make sure I was satisfied with the work and progress. They made sure I at least had some working water the first day. Like Dave, Eric and Dan their assistants also took the time to answer any and all questions with great knowledge and patience!

The crew took great care to protect and respect my home while working inside and outside. They wore shoe covers, put down drop cloths throughout the house and cleaned up any water spills. Totally impressed!
