I have already started recommending Halco to others after my first experience with the company. I expect to do an energy audit with Halco, and eventually overhaul our heating system and more (with Halco). It's such a relief to finally find a service provider I feel I can depend on completely, to know what they are doing, and to supply the services I need in an efficient and thorough manner.
Punctual as always, and in good humor. Solved the problem and explained what happened, and how to deal with it.
From the first call, when I explained the situation, to the later calls, when I had to change the time twice, the people I spoke with on the phone were knowledgeable, cheerful, and accommodating.
