A technician came to look at my unit (a pool heating and dehumidifying unit) which was not functioning at all on the same day that I called. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, and met the challenge eagerly (daunting as it was). Other technicians had left my house when they saw this unit saying it was impossible to service. The Halco technician (Phil M), spent a couple hours investigating the unit to see what could be the problem, and made an appointment for the next week to attempt to fix the unit. He came promptly as agreed, and spent many grueling hours fixing it. I know it was an extremely hard job because the unit was placed tight against a wall, making it very hard to get to the part that he had to work on. Anyway, he managed to work magic and made the unit work, all for the price he promised -- and when all others had given up. AND with a great attitude all along! I am a sold and loyal customer. Any problems I have from here on out, I know where to call. And I am looking at putting in a new heating system in this fall... hopefully something renewable energy. Guess who I will call?
