Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and very good at explaining the energy program, the financing and financial help available, saving us having to slog through all that bureaucratic muck only to be told in the end, "you don't qualify". He has a great, no-nonsense, understanding approach that I appreciated. We just bought a reconditioned air conditioner from Halco, and it was installed promptly, as scheduled, neatly. I had had a bad experience with my previous energy company, but I've now found a solution: Halco. Thank you.
