Overall, Dave Rodriguez was great. He arrived on site to continue the repairs that were not completed during the first Halco visit. Dave R. methodically diagnosed the issue, which was a bird's nest stuck in the soil pipe, and was able to clear the pipe. His level-headed explanations were thorough and easy to understand. My wife and child felt very comfortable with Dave in our house and we were impressed with the clean-up efforts. I would highly recommend the services provided by Dave Rodriguez.
When I phoned during the thunderstorm and spoke to the oncall person, he reassured us of the non-danger to the limited amount of sewer gas coming into our house. He was calm and very helpful!
