Mr. Orlovich called Halco after he had another company install a tankless water heater for him. He expressed his dissapointment of the quality of the workmanship done by the other contractor. Halco techncian found the Navien to be unsecured and dangling off the floor. Also the relief valve was draining on to the floor.

Solution

We gave Mr. Orlovich his options and he decided to pay to have the Halco team mount his Navien securely onto a Halco prefabricated board and repair other installation concerns.

Needless to say Mr. Orlovich was happy with the quality re-installation we completed and allowed us to use his comparison for future clients weighing out their options.
