About the Role

Halco currently has multiple openings for HVAC Service Technicians to help meet our customers' needs throughout the Upstate NY area. We are seeking out candidates who have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in residential or commercial HVAC or another similar applicable trade. The HVAC Service Technician's primary function is to successfully inspect, install, repair, and maintain heating and cooling equipment. For the right candidate, Halco also offers a 5-year paid apprenticeship program.

Typical start time is 7 AM.

Possible sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

Candidates will be expected to:

• Possess your own hand and cordless tools
• Be organized, efficient, and punctual
• Provide customer service on a level that will both maintain our existing customer base and attract new clientele
• Possess a valid NY State driver's license
• Prepare invoices and collect payment
• Maintain a clean appearance of both yourself and your company-issued vehicle

Work Location: In person

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour

Competitive hourly wage will be based on experience, individual skill set, and potential; up to $40/hr. Additional incentives and commissions are also available, based on performance.
