About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, dependable Carpenter to perform a variety of residential carpentry and remodeling tasks. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work as part of a team, and consistently delivers quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential carpentry work including framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and general repairs
•  Masonry experience is a plus
• Read and interpret work orders, plans, and measurements accurately
• Work independently and with a crew to complete projects on time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry or residential construction experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in residential environments
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
