About the Role

Halco currently has an opening for an experienced HVAC Installer in the Tompkins County area to help meet our customers' needs. We are seeking out dependable and self-motivated individuals to join our installation team. We primarily perform residential HVAC installations. 1 to 3 years install experience required. This position is for an experienced technician and has ample room for advancement. While it is required that you have HVAC installation experience, it is also essential that you have good coordination, a great knowledge of tools, and are able to work outdoors. A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

Candidates will be expected to:

• Have the technical ability to install Furnaces, Air Source Heat Pumps, Hot Water Heaters, and boilers, along with various other equipment
• Understand how to provide customer service on a level that will both maintain our existing customer base and attract new clientele
• Be organized, efficient, and punctual
• Possess the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a valid NY State driver's license
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance with a positive, goal-oriented attitude daily

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
