Challenge
Dr. Dentes decided to build a new facility and chose to work with Green Tree Builders to provide a design/build approach to his project. Green Tree Builders had a recent project manager that turned them on to us. This project manager was familiar with our M.E.P. concept where we provide the complete design and construction of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes.
Solution
This concept proved to be a good fit for his project where we managed to reduce design fees and provide an energy efficient building with in his construction schedule. Our knowledge of his business operations from the prior dental facilities we have been involved with made for an efficient project and another happy customer.
