          Halco Company: Thank you all for making our home safer and warmer. Cory and Sarah, and the two men that came to do the work (sorry I did not see you or catch your names), thank you all for doing an outstanding job. I did notice the warm floors this morning, amen. Also the lights are so bright, what a difference. And we don't have to keep messing with the thermostat to adjust the heat, amen. Thank you all so much. I will be telling others about this grant and program. And your company. May you all have a joyous new year 2020.

          Dear Halco Company Employees, Thank you all for helping us stay safe and warmer. From Cory, so wonderful, the office ladies, amazing, the two guys that did the insulation, joyous, and Ron DeRue, beautiful. Amazing teamwork!! The Halco Company of Phelps, NY should be proud! You all are a huge blessing! We are so very happy and we are telling our family and friends! May you all be abundantly blessed with joy, peace, love, and a life of extra good health!           I write because soon it'll be a year that I've had my heat pump system. The insulation and new energy system have transformed my home. I realized I'm living in the house of my dreams, just had to upgrade it a bit. I spent the last three months renovating the interior, got a fabulous sink and dishwasher, threw out about 75% of my stuff, repainted the interior, installed LED lighting, turned the two 2nd floor front rooms into well-lit studios -- it's all so different -- beautiful, peaceful, a real sanctuary, every room fully functional. At the heart of it, of course, is climate control. Warm, cozy, and draft-free in the winter, cool and dry in the summer. I remember how when we first met in my living room, both of us tried to talk with sweat just streaming. Omg. Apologies!! I love it here now. Also, I would not be able to work from home without the AC, so thanks for that as well.
