    I choose HALCO because of Seth Smith. His expertise, knowledge, professionalism and personality are exemplary. The crew did a great job. stayed till it was done on a Friday. Cleaned up like it was Monday. Could not be more satisfied. Look forward to working with Seth for any future project.

              To my HALCO friendsFinding the words to express my gratitude for the work you have done, toward making my life whole again, is an almost impossible task. When I called HALCO last fall for my annual furnace cleaning, little did I know we were about to embark on a new and frightening journey. I was in for the "the shock of my life" when the HALCO technician literally showed me that my furnace had gasped its last "hot air" and would have to be shut down for safety purposes. What was I to do? My furnace needed replacing and knew I couldn't afford to take this plunge. The 'tech' must have seen the panic on my face and the tears welling up in my eyes, because he calmly said, "Let me call my supervisor...maybe he can help us figure this out." That was beginning of a beautiful friendship between my HALCO family and myself and housemate.From that moment on, everyone at HALCO took more than a professional interest in making us feel that "our problem" was very important to them and that they were not going to stop until the job was done and everyone was satisfied. The HALCO family orchestrated a plan to not only get me a new furnace, proper insulation, hot water system and all of the 'bells and whistles' needed to ensure that I had a 'more efficient' heating and cooling system, but also assisted me in applying for the grants to help pay for this huge project.When I sat down to write this testimonial to my HALCO family, I went to their website to help me formulate what I wanted to day. It is there that I took notice of the HALCO Mission: "...Halco has been dedicated to providing extraordinary service and value to every customer we serve." In my eyes, this is truly an understatement. To find out what kind of a company HALCO is, all a person needs to do is make that to the Phelps office, where a very pleasant voice on the other end cheerfully says, "It's a great day a HALCO, how can I help?" Seth Smith from Halco

Seth was Halco's Fabrication Manager for two years and oversaw all projects that are fabricated in house at our facility. Some of these projects include hydronic boiler board systems, high efficiency return air boots, copper headers and manifolds for steam boilers, water softener systems, on demand water heater boards, and miscellaneous ductwork that is made for all the departments at Halco. Seth has worked at Halco since 2003, and initially worked in the Drafting/CAD department and was a field laborer in the M.E.P.S. department. Currently, he serves as a Vice President/HVAC Project Manager and handles all aspects of a customer's installation process from scheduling the job with the homeowner to ordering the materials and preparing the proper work scope for our installation crews.

Of his role at Halco Seth likes that he is making a difference in peoples' lives, whether it's a co-worker or a customer. In the summer, he spends his spare time riding motorcycles and playing golf. In the winter, Seth enjoys riding snowmobiles and playing darts.
