Residential Solar Installation Foreman

Halco currently has an opening for a Residential Solar Installation/ Service Technician Foreman to help meet our customers' needs throughout the Upstate NY area. The Residential Solar Installation Foreman's primary function is to lead their team in the successful installation of ground, pole and roof-mounted solar panel applications for our customers, in accordance with both local and national standards and codes. In addition, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting production-related issues on prior installations. This may include, but is not limited to: inverter issues, monitoring systems outages, warranty part replacements, roof leaks, balance of system components, etc.

Qualifications:

Candidates will be expected to:

-Have the physical ability and agility to safely maneuver on residential rooftops and be comfortable working on them for hours at a time
-Possess a strong leadership skills
-Understand how to provide customer service on a level that will both maintain our existing customer base and attract new clientele
-Be organized, efficient and punctual
-Possess the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
-Possess a valid NY State drivers license
-Maintain a clean, professional appearance with a positive, goal-oriented attitude daily

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage will based on the individual's experience, skill set and potential
