Benefits of Prefabrication
Pre-fabrication, commonly known as, "pre-fab," is another way that Halco M.E.P.S. saves clients money and time. By pre-assembling complex components at our facility, we can be more efficient and ensure a quality installation. For example, when installing a high-efficiency boiler, it’s much faster and safer to mount and connect all components in a controlled and conditioned environment.
At the job site, it’s relatively easy to connect the supply and return piping, the domestic cold water and condensate drain, and the control and power wiring. Sheet metal work for making complex duct components is another area that benefits from prefabrication.
